ERMA Systems has been named to Medical Marketing & Media (MM+M)'s list of Top AI Health Platforms as part of the 2026 Agency 100, MM+M's annual benchmark of the companies shaping healthcare marketing. Published on June 9, 2026 across MM+M's digital channels and in the June print edition, this year's Agency 100 introduced a dedicated category recognizing the AI platforms changing how life sciences teams work.

The recognition reflects the growing role of purpose-built AI in promotional review. As pharmaceutical and biotech companies produce more content across more channels, the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process is under increasing pressure to move quickly while maintaining compliance.

AI Health Platforms: ERMA Systems

Medical, legal and regulatory review has long been a complex and fragmented piece of the pharma marketing puzzle, notorious for creating frustrating, time-consuming bottlenecks on the pathway to final sign-off. ERMA Systems aims to iron out those snags by bringing AI to the process.

The Miami-based company, founded in 2024, has five clients so far — matching the number of ERMA’s full-time employees — to implement its approach. The ERMA Evaluate platform relies on AI for a host of tasks, such as analyzing promotional materials, identifying claims, linking supporting references and evaluating how materials stand up to regulatory guidance. The technology can then flag issues, maintain documentation and automatically direct reviews to the right teams to speed up and smooth out the entire process, allowing marketers to get compliant materials to their target audiences faster than before. Plus, ERMA’s AI is constantly learning from each upload, keeping it as accurate as possible and up-to-date on shifting regulations. Pilot projects in 2025 saw sizable benefits to biotech and pharma teams, with review timelines shrinking by more than 60% and the average number of MLR review cycles slashed nearly in half.

A Milestone in a Year of Momentum

The Agency 100 recognition caps a period of steady growth for ERMA Systems, following the launch of its Q1 2026 pilot program with life sciences innovators and the continued expansion of its advisory board. As the company prepares for broader commercial rollout in 2026, being named among MM+M's Top AI Health Platforms underscores the industry's growing demand for compliance technology that is modern, flexible, and built for the pace of today's marketing.
